Winery

The building that houses the winery has been completely renovated with the aim of creating an optimal environment to carry out independently all the stages of production and transformation from grapes into wine and the subsequent stages as aging, bottling, labeling and storage.

Ageing

After selection and harvesting in the vineyard, the grapes are conveyed to cellars for destemming/crushing after which the must is conveyed into steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation takes place. Once the vinification process has been completed and depending on the type of wine used, “new wine” is racked into steel tanks or wood barrels as well as second-passage French oak tonneaux and 26 hl Austrian oak barrels.
